The Knowledge Network - peer support for NHS managers

Welcome

When Yvonne Gruendler and Lindsay Jones first started out in NHS Management, they were faced with challenging new situations and no idea how to start developing solutions. Every time a new project was started it felt like they had to reinvent the wheel without knowing what had been tried elsewhere, what worked, what didn’t, and why. They were convinced the solutions already existed and all they really needed was some way of sharing that knowledge. So they decided to create a system to help healthcare managers communicate, and this is the result.

This service is by no means a finished product. It is only when you post your experiences and knowledge that this will truly become the tool this was envisaged to be.  Only through your comments and ratings will healthcare managers using this tool know what is actually useful, what works and what doesn’t. This site should stimulate thoughts and conversations, and hopefully will become a useful tool for all current and future healthcare professionals.

Thanks for your input into the Knowledge Network. If you have any comments about the site please email us or complete our survey.
