Health Flexibilities Act - Legislation Summary

The Health Flexibilities (NHS Act 2006) sets out the rules surrounding partnership arrangements between NHS organisations and Local Authorities - particularly the use of pooled budgets, making payments to each other and the reporting requirements.

This document was created following the integration of NHS Hammersmith & Fulham with the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham to make staff aware of the health flexibilities.
